It would be nice of 3arc did something about these individuals, it gets old being forced to play with the same extremely offensive and racist individuals over and over again. Last week I was called a syphillus infested n***er who deserves to get testicular cancer. 
Sadly it is a player I have reported well over 100 times since launch with no results.
You couldn't be more right about free weekends hurting their sales big time.
